Return Policy

What is our return policy?

Damages must be reported to info@magnolialanebtq.com within 3 days of receiving merchandise or it cannot be returned.

YOU MUST EMAIL US BEFORE SENDING BACK YOUR ORDER. NOT ALL ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE FOR RETURN.

We accept returns for refund to your original form of payment. However, this return MUST be made aware to us within 4 days from the date that you received your order. We must receive the return item within 7 days. After the 7 day period, we accept returns for an online store credit within 30 days of the original purchase.

DESIGNER INSPIRED DUPES (PRE-ORDER or IN STOCK):  It is required to select “I agree to the terms and conditions” prior to checking out. It is all customer’s responsibility to click the link and read prior to placing the order. In the terms and conditions it states: “ALL PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE AND ARE NOT ABLE FOR RETURN, EXCHANGE, OR REFUND.” You can find our “Terms & Conditions for Pre-Orders” page by scrolling to the bottom of this page in the Quick Links section.

Return for a gift card is ONLY allowed if the item is defected. This MUST be reported to us within 3 days of delivery.

ITEMS IN A SALE FOLDER OR ANYTHING PURCHASED WITH A DISCOUNT GREATER THAN 30% OFF CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR A REFUND OR STORE CREDIT.

 

Returns must be issued as credit to the original form of payment. If this is not possible, returns will be issued in the form of store credit.

If any returns do not meet the requirements below, you will be contacted and the items will be sent back to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any sign of wear, alteration, misuse or damage. 

Jewelry, sunglasses, hats, shoes, and swimwear are returnable in new condition. Jewelry, sunglasses, hats, shoes, and swimwear are not returnable if they are in the sale section.

Giftcards, slips, leggings, bralettes, pre-order dupes, and sale items may not be returned or exchanged.

Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.

If the provided address for your order is incorrect and is returned to us, you WILL be responsible for the covering the payment to be reshipped to you. By purchasing, you are agreeing to these terms. Again, pre-orders are FINAL SALE as they are ordered per your order. If this incident occurs with a pre-order and you refuse to cover the label payment, we will NOT refund you for the pre-order.

Return Packing

You are free to return your item(s) in the original packing or whatever you choose. Please do not staple any bags as it can damage the item(s).

You are subject to pay for your return due to the fact that we offer a refund to your original form of payment. However, this return transaction MUST be made within 14 days from the date that you received your order.

Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for return. In this case, the shoes will be shipped back to you and you are subject to the return shipping cost.

How do I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make any changes to your order, please email us at magnolialanebtq@aol.com immediately after making your purchase (no later than 24 hours). Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to modify the contents of your order. Changes in price, items going on sale, and/or promotional codes are not valid on previous orders. We will be unable to modify orders placed prior to price changes. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have begun processing. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.
